Overview
WEG, LLC is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support content creation, brand development, and digital engagement across multiple business divisions.
Responsibilities
Manage and support social media accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (graphics, short videos, captions)
Assist with brand storytelling and content strategy across WEG divisions
Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interaction
Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
Monitor trends and suggest new ideas to increase visibility and engagement
Research trends and recommend content strategies
Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Strong interest in social media, communications, marketing, and branding
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Midjourney, CapCut, Adobe, ChatGPT, etc.)
Strong written and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
